Winter Birds FOR SALE on Feb. 6th ONLY!

I just got word that the Winter Birds Design that I did will be printing on TeeFury on February 6th! Put it on your calendars! They only sell one shirt each day and they only sell it for one day. Here's a design that I submitted at Shirt.Woot for their winter derby. It didn't win or get an honorable mention but I still like it. No, he's not riding a brain, its a cloud. 

I started doing these random geometric shape drawings in my sketchbook to cover up really stupid looking pencil sketches. Here is one that I vectorized. The original sketch was of a horse wrapped around a telephone pole I think. You know, 'cause low lvls could get mounts...so they would be worse drivers.....and....that's why I never actually drew it into a comic. 

This is one that I've been thinking about doing for a while. I love the steampunk aesthetic but I need to practice drawing gears and stuff more. Fortunately perfectly drawn gears weren't the point of this design.

I wanted to take a Mayan statue, something that is normally very rigid, and show it roiling towards the picture plane. I like the style, but I'm not sure it gets the feeling across that I had envisioned.

I've always loved the TV series Samurai Jack. I wanted to do something in that style and from that universe. Here is a Snake Oil Salesman that would exist in a futuristic old west. I haven't submitted this design anywhere yet (even though I put it on a Woot comp)because I can't decide whether or not to put "Snake Oil, It Cures What Ails You!" in an old west script on the shirt. Thoughts anyone?

This design is meant to be a bit of a critique on some of the other artists in the derby. Also, it was a great excuse for me to draw this super cute wolf! I'm going to name it Ramybus and Rekimoku: (Subtitle) The Beginning of An Empire. Those that are in the loop will get it. Those that are not will vote for it....I hope. They may force me to resub with a real title. But then AdderXYU would hate me.

Speaking of which, last week when Adder was being especially mean about my ninja turtle design I drew this picture of a turtle punching him. But it was like he knew it was coming and didn't give me an opportunity to actually post it in the threads. So here it is people! The turtle is punching and Adder is all like "Stop it! 'sob' My t-shirt is coming untucked from my jean shorts!"
Also, I couldn't find an actual picture of AdderXYU, so I just guessed.

Aha! The Shirt Woot Derby this week is about mythology. It's the perfect one for my golden dragon! Also maybe this one about a prince that was born looking like a hedgehog and then tricks Baba Yaga and takes her flying pestle. You have to know your Russian folklore to get it, but I think the design is strong enough that people won't need to. My only hang up would be that I submitted it as a daily idea 2 weeks ago and woot never got back to me....maybe they didn't see the email? I'm going to enter it in the derby and see what happens I guess.

I finished this design two days ago and I haven't been able to decide where to send it. I feel like I should add some cool heavy metal text so that people know it rocks.

This is a design that I just submitted to Teefury. It's my first submission to them, so I'm not really sure what will happen next.
